Semi Private training allows up to 3 people per session. All workouts are still individualized. This option is best for people who would like to save some money while still getting plenty of individual attention.

○ Group Training
Group Training is a weight lifting class with no more than 20 people. 2 trainers (including myself) are present to ensure proper form and safety in a larger group setting.
Pricing: $150/month (12 sessions) $90 for 6 sessions
Online programs involve both nutrition and fitness coaching where you can follow your plan anywhere at any time by using different apps, documents, and video & text communication.
Includes: Weekly Video Chat/Phone Call Check-Ins 24/7 Access through text and app communication Instructional Videos and Video Form Checks Progress Tracking through progress photos, weight, and personal feedback Continual updates to fitness and nutrition programs as needed
Working together we will create a personalized nutrition strategy that will help you build lifelong habits and sustainable results. Based on your personal preferences and calculated macros we will first create a balanced and enjoyable meal plan, and gradually increase flexibility, learn to track macros, and get you to a point where you feel confident in your own knowledge, habits, and mindset around nutrition. You will be added to Google Classroom, where you will have access to meal plans, educational videos/documents, and weekly journals.
Follow a personalized workout program tailored to your goals, experience, access to equipment, location, etc. through an app that allows you to track workouts in real time with an instructional video for each exercise. Form checks are completed through sending me videos of workouts so I can provide feedback in order to produce optimal results.
