Along with my genuine care for each of my clients, I combine my knowledge and experience to analyze where you're at and personalize your program. Education from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as well as several years of experience with different body types and goals equips me to help women at all stages of their fitness journeys.
There are no quick fixes to sustainable long-term results. The first objective is to create a strong foundation to build upon. I walk alongside you every step of the way - educating on exercise & nutrition, supporting you through mental hurdles, and encouraging you to persevere.
In-person personal training is great to learn technique, perfect form, and push outside of your comfort zone.
