My passion for fitness ignited in high school with athletic training and weightlifting for basketball. I not only trained diligently myself but also found joy in helping friends and teammates, and coaching MS/HS basketball players. But I hadn't envisioned it as a career path yet and pursued my bachelor's degree in Family Studies/Behavioral Health. I worked with children in various settings before obtaining my personal training certification in 2018 and began training part-time. For 2 years, I worked as a full-time teaching assistant while training a few clients in the evenings and also working with an obesity center for teenage girls. Then in December 2020, I took a leap of faith, quit my job, and jumped becoming a full-time female personal trainer. It was the best decision of my life, and I am blessed to live my passion and purpose every day.
I have worked with women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels. From current & former athletes to pregnant and postpartum moms, to those who have never stepped foot in a gym - all I need is an eagerness to learn & grow and commitment to the process. I strive to create an atmosphere where each of my clients feel personally supported, make substantial progress, and build confidence both in and out of the gym!
