Semi-Private means that up to 2 other people could be working out at the same time if they schedule the same time as you do. All workouts are still personalized to you and your goals and not everyone will always be doing the same workout depending on the needs and goals of each individual.
Yes, you do not need any previous workout experience to begin a program. I recommend beginning with in-person training if you are able to, to better learn proper form. However, through instructional videos and video form checks, this is achievable through online training as well.
No. If you train in person, there is no gym membership fee. If you train online, you can workout wherever you would like (home, park, gym, etc.) and your program will be designed accordingly.
While there are many factors on how your body will respond to diet and exercise, the biggest factor is consistency. The more consistent you are with following your exercise and nutrition plans, the quicker and more sustainably you will achieve your goals
