Sessions are semi-private style, allowing up to 1-4 people per session. All workouts are still individualized to your personal goals. Whether you have been working out for years or have never stepped foot in a gym, you will receive personalized guidance, form correction, accountability, encouragement and much more!

Nutrition Coaching is available completely virtually with video call check-ins (or in-person for training clients), 24/7 text support, personalized nutrition plans, macros, grocery lists and other educational resources.
Working together, we will create and implement a personalized nutrition strategy that will help you build lifelong habits and sustainable results. For some this may look like learning how to track macros and meal plan, while for others it may look like assessing and creating new habits to improve physical and mental health. Everything is based on your own needs, goals, and lifestyle.
*Stand-Alone meal plans are available as an option for clients that already have a solid foundation of nutrition.
Follow a personalized workout program tailored to your goals, experience, access to equipment, location, etc. through an app that allows you to track workouts in real time with an instructional video for each exercise. Form checks are completed through sending me videos of workouts so I can provide feedback in order to produce optimal results.
*Supplemental online programs are also available for in-person clients for minimal to no charge.
